The rooms have comfortable beds and the staff is incredibly attentive, plus there's a delicious breakfast selection.

I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The breakfast was delicious and nice and I had a great stay overall. The personnel was extremely friendly, and the host too.

I spent Christmas in a hotel near a metro station that was quite strategic! To my surprise, the hotel staff offered me two complimentary bottles of water and I didn't have to pay for the wifi. the location was perfect as it was close to several cafes, restaurants, and attractions. the hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the friendliness of one staff member who gave me tips on where to go and what to visit.

I could hear my neighbors' conversations through the thin walls. It was so frustrating because I couldn't sleep well at night.

I had such a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff, Michelle and Valerio, were absolutely amazing and made me feel so welcome. They provided me with a map of the area and gave excellent recommendations for places to visit and where to find the best gelato. The room itself was fantastic - it was spotlessly clean and had a fresh feel to it. I loved how close the hotel was to the metro station, just a short walk away. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit all the popular tourist spots, including the Vatican which was very close by. The comfortable bed in the room ensured a good night's sleep, and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. I must mention that the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff really exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future!

Thanksgiving spent in this hotel was really delightful! The two facts that stood out for me were the incredibly friendly staff and the clean and comfortable rooms with regular towel replacements. The key location next to a metro station was super convenient for getting around the city easily. Plus, the lovely pastry shop next door provided a delicious and tasty breakfast.

The only negative experience was the additional charges not being disclosed beforehand. The city tax and late check-in charge felt a bit unexpected.
